A Cult of Noise, praising Slaanesh with cacophony.  Urban based, most of the vehicles are smaller than usually seen and the troops are lighter armoured.  There will be a small selection of fallen Space Marines, but the majority of the infantry will eventually be cultists and lightly armed rabble.
